Our 5-cap block girdle addresses the issue of block and crank flex found on high-output, high-rpm Honda B-Series engines found in the Honda Civic and Acura Integra.

The girdle reinforces the block and crank at the source of the flex, directly at the crankshaft journals and this is reflected in the non-resonant design that drastically reduces vibraion harmonics. Installation is simple and no additional machining work is required to install the girdle.

Every girdle is precision CNC machined out of a solid block of 7075 aluminum. Each girdle is individually serialized and come with a full set of dowels that lock the girdle securely to the main bearing caps.
